Friendly staff! I went in to have my necklace repaired because the clasp had broken. Instead of selling me a new part they were able to repair the broken one and didn’t even charge me. I’ll definitely be back when I need to purchase something

This place was top notch! First off, it's a family owned and run small business which is important to me. They carry unique jewelry, much different than what we saw in big box stores. Lots of hand-crafting and specialty pieces. The selection is great. We were assisted by Tony who guided us in purchasing a replacement for my husband's lost wedding ring. He spent time getting to know us and what our activities and tastes were to help us pick just the right band. We were both absolutely thrilled with the one we picked out. It had to be ordered but it arrived so quickly and is a work of art. The staff really treats you like royalty in there. We left feeling great about our purchase and will definitely be going here for any future jewelry needs!

My mom always came to Taylor Made Jewelry for new watches and repairs. She passed two years ago, and I finally had some jewelry she left me made into a necklace. Todd sketched out a few designs for me, and I picked up my necklace yesterday. It’s absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I had in mind! He was so kind, and generous with his time. I’ll definitely be back, everyone here is wonderful!

Very great atmosphere and extremely helpful and friendly staff. I stopped in to have a band on my watch swapped out for a rubber one. Jim and the rest of the staff were great and extremely knowledgeable. Band fits perfect and he showed me how to even do adjustments myself. Great selection of jewelry as well. Will be back!

Taylor Made Jewelry has one of the most incredible group of employees. Jim and his lovely wife are always so friendly and so welcoming! Every time I step into the store, the first thing that they ask is, if I have any jewelry that needs cleaned. I love my jewelry cleaned, so that means a lot to me! I am looking for a man’s bracelet, possibly with a touch of rose gold in it, and I reached out to Jim to see what he had and he responded quickly and gave me several choices to look at! What a tremendous jewelry store! Wonderful staff and exquisite jewelry!!! Thank you, Taylor Made for always helping me buy the most perfect piece of jewelry!! Becky T

I've been coming here for the past 3 years and I would highly recommend Taylor Jewelry not only for the beautiful jewelry, but for the AMAZING SERVICE! And exceptional jewelry work! Adam is just amazing! He recently helped us with my wife's new wedding ring that she needed replaced after recently losing her 1st ring. We wanted to recreate it for her ring was 24 years old and the sentimental value was so important to us. Adam spent a few hours with us not only duplicating the ring.....but now the ring is twice the size and more beautiful than we could've ever imagined! Thank you Taylor Jewelry, Adam, and Team!!! Love this place!

The absolute best place if you are looking for anything jewelry related. My fiancé did not purchase my ring here, but I did need it resized and this was the first place that I went. I was treated with so much kindness and respect and very thoroughly explained the entire process after getting resized the ring fit perfectly in the winter time I did notice my ring was loose and because I have such a big center stone it would keep spinning. I took it back to them and they put a metal band onto to help it fit a little more snug because I had it resized with him recently, they didn’t charge me which I was so surprised about. I do still have to take it in to get it appraised for insurance but the cost for appraisal is significantly less than I have been quoted by anywhere else and I have more trust in them to do it so I cannot wait for it to be done by them! Absolutely amazing company and workers who genuinely care!

Buying our wedding rings at Taylor Made was a great experience. Both employees that helped us were very knowledgeable and guided us to find the rings that fit our style. We'll be coming back here soon!

Taylor made is amazing. They know how to take care of people. Took my ring there to get It fixed as one of my prongs broke off and they suggested replacing all 6 prongs which made sense to me to make it sturdy and not have to come back over and over as the other ones were probably getting weak after 25+ years. Only took them a week. When I went to pick it up they also did a quick polish on my band and my set sparkles looks brand new!!! Will definitely be using them again. Top notch!!!!

Had collected several fine jewelry necklaces that I wanted old, hard-to-close clasps replaced with magnetic clasps. Also needed 2 artist -designed necklaces that were broken to be repaired. All work was completed days ahead of promised date and several of the silver chains and pendants were cleaned and restored to original sheen. Additionally, my 23-year-old white gold engagement ring received the BEST rhodium application I’ve ever experienced and at the fairest price we’ve ever been quoted. Both my husband and I were impressed with the personalized, friendly service and exceptional care and craftsmanship provided. We’ve been bouncing from several jewelers in Fairlawn and Kent without much satisfaction. So happy we finally listened to neighbors and co-workers who convinced us we couldn’t do better than Taylor Made. Now we’re telling everyone we can how Taylor Made will meet and exceed your expectations!
